A free snapshot of how you work
Twenty four quick choices, about six minutes, and a short report on how you work and what tends to happen to that under pressure.
This isn't a test and there are no right answers. It's a starting point for self-awareness, not a psychometric assessment, and it's never used to judge, rank or select anyone.
What you get
A plain-English look at your natural style, and what changes in it when things get hard.
- Your primary and secondary DISC style, explained in plain language, not jargon
- A bar chart of all four styles, so you can see the full shape of your answers, not just the label
- Your likely stress signature: the pattern that tends to show up in you before you consciously notice you're under strain
- A few practical shifts worth trying, not just a description of who you are
- A short summary on screen and by email straight away, with a longer PDF report to download

Why I built this
Self-awareness is where every conversation I have with a client starts. This snapshot is a free, honest first look at your own style, before we ever talk. It's deliberately not a validated psychometric: it's a starting point for reflection, not a score to chase.
